On the National Day, about 1 million protesters surrounded the presidential office in Taipei, calling for A-bian to step down from office.
We wore red T-shirts to symbolize public anger over corruption scandals surrounding A-bian's aides and family. We gave a thumbs down sign, showing our disapproval of A-bian's leadership. Barbed wire barricades kept us several streets away from the presidential office, but the barricades can not stop our demands for A-bian's resignation.

與熟識20幾年的大學登山社學長通常都約在高山上相見，但這回我們卻在台北車站廣場不約而同的相會。文煜夫婦帶著兩位就讀於大學的雙胞胎女兒從南投趕來、刷子夫婦從嘉義白河趕來，當然還有許多親朋好友在近百萬的擁擠人群中而無法相見，但我們都同時同心的吶喊，這是憤怒、感動與堅持信念的聲音與行動。也許您有不同的見解或不以為然，但我們相信這樣做是對的。如同我在2006/09/15一文提及，無需太多的著墨，僅以照片分享之。謝謝!
