醞釀中的膨糖，

大量的紅糖加上少量的水，

用炭火加熱煮沸後，

等水分減少、糖水較為濃稠厚，

拿筷子沾些小蘇打粉，

在爐火外快速攪拌，

一面攪拌一面降溫，

這時經驗的拿捏就很重要囉，

等到糖漿冷卻到恰到好處即將要凝固時，

慢慢的把攪拌的筷子往上拉，

整個發泡(因為有加小蘇打粉)的糖漿就會順勢往上彭起，

很像是「發糕」的模樣，

最後當筷子拉到最高點時恰好凝固，

完美的膨糖就成功囉！

那天閒閒無事,老爸大概找不到牌友,才找我去他小時候的山海漁港釣魚,大概是年紀大了吧,攀爬消波塊也有些吃力,最後也卡不到好位置,就在我覺得不會有魚的地方釣,反覆做著甩竿跟收線的動作！最後天邊飄過來一陣烏雲,結束20多年後的第二次釣魚.

I remember my father ever went fishing with me in my childhood about twenty years ago. After more than twenty years, probably, he couldn't find someone to play mah-jong with him in the afternoon . So he took me to go fishing near the place where he lived in his childhood. He choosed the place where I doubt the fish will come. And he said: they will be closer...Me:@@.Finally, the black clouds ended the second fishing time of my father and me.
